Each year during the opera festival the Opera Saratoga office transforms into The Adirondack Trust Room, where members can enjoy wine and champagne, fresh cured meats and local cheese, delicious fresh fruit, deserts, cookies, and chocolates from some of region’s best small businesses and restaurants.
